Refund policy
We want every purchase from BOREVER to be comfortable and satisfying. If for any reason the item does not suit you, you may return or exchange it.
Return period
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Return conditions
An item can be returned if:
- it has not been used
- it retains its original condition
- all tags and packaging are intact
- there are no signs of wear or damage
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned:
- items with signs of use
- items damaged after being received by the customer
Return procedure
- Please contact us in any convenient way and provide your order number.
- We will send you instructions for the return.
- Send the item back using the Nova Poshta delivery service.
Return shipping cost
The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, we can arrange an exchange. Please contact us before sending the item back.
