Size guide
How to choose your size
To make sure your clothes fit well, you only need a few simple measurements. We will show you how to measure your height, chest circumference and leg length.
What you need
A measuring tape, a book, a flat floor and a few minutes of your time. Nothing complicated.
Height
Needed to choose the Height option on the product page.
Chest circumference
Used to choose the main size: S, M, L or XL.
Leg length
Helps choose pants, jeans or shorts more accurately.
Step 1
How to measure your height
Stand barefoot with your back against a wall. Keep your posture natural, shoulders relaxed, and look straight ahead.
Your heels, back and shoulders should touch the wall. Do not stretch yourself taller.
Place a book flat on top of your head so it touches the wall and stays horizontal.
Measure the distance from the floor to the bottom edge of the book. That number is your height.

Important
Use your real height. This helps avoid clothes that are too short or too long.
Step 2
How to measure chest circumference
Wrap the measuring tape around your chest.
The tape should pass around the widest part of your chest and under your arms.
Keep the tape level. It should not rise on your back or hang loose.
Breathe normally. Do not take a deep breath or hold your chest tense.

Do not pull too tight
The tape should sit close to the body, but it should not squeeze.
Step 3
How to measure leg length
Stand barefoot near a wall with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
Place a book between your legs in the crotch area. The top edge of the book should sit where pants usually start.
Measure from the top edge of the book down to the floor.
This distance is your inner leg length.
