Measure your body or over thin clothing. Do not add extra room for a loose fit.

How to take your measurements

Height + chest for tops. Height + waist for bottoms.

Height

Stand barefoot with your back against a wall and look straight ahead. Place a book flat on your head, mark its lower edge and measure from the floor to the mark.

A level book on the head marks height against a wall.

Chest circumference

Wrap the tape horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. Lower your arms and breathe normally. Keep the tape snug, without squeezing.

Waist circumference

Measure your natural waist between your lower ribs and the top of your hips. Keep the tape horizontal. Relax your stomach and do not pull the tape tight.
